We're really excited to offer Chave's 2015 and 2016 Saint-Joseph Clos Florentin. It's a wine that we're always on the hunt for. We feel very fortunate to be able to offer back-vintages.
The list below covers a lot of ground. You'll find everything from back-vintage Allemand and Gonon to Métras's Fleurie and older Musar.
Chave's wines are some of our favorites, and we have a particular soft spot for his Saint-Joseph. Along with Pierre Gonon, Chave produces our favorite expression of Saint-Joseph. Chave's St. Joseph is something we cellar each vintage.
Over the years, Chave's Blanc has steadily assumed a place as one of my favorite white wines on the planet. There's no other dry white wine in the world that ages quite like Chave's Hermitage Blanc.
For me, we're entering the prime season for Rhône wines. With that in mind, I took a spin through our inventory to compile the list below.
