Stein "Ohne" Library Releases

There are two key differences in the bottlings. The regular "Ohne" is picked earlier and aged in old Fuder. The "Ohne" Heinrich is picked later, representing the top selections, and is aged in smaller barrels.

2022 Pascal Cotat Chavignol Rosé

The 2022 rosé is an especially punchy and deeply powerful vintage. The tactile minerality is really gripping in this vintage. The length and overall architecture are formidable.

The Cult Of Gonon: 2020 Gonon Saint Joseph

The 2020 Saint-Joseph is layered with a depth of complexity while maintaining a shocking amount of finesse. The combination really drives home Pierre and Jean Gonon's masterful abilities with Syrah.

This all-too-often overlooked bottle can deliver some serious value relative to Leflaive's other 1er Crus.

2022 Jouan Chambolle-Musigny

Few producers capture the imagination like Jouan. The wines are some of the most mysterious, beautiful, and subtle Burgundies I know.

Grand Cru In All But Name:
2008 Chevillon Nuits-St-Georges 1er Cru Les St-Georges

We love Chevillon's 2008s, and of course, the Les St-Georges leads the pack. Across the range, they are beautifully clear, and for all of their muscle, they are poised and lifted.

Go-To Piedmont Value:
2018 Roagna Langhe Rosso

Langhe Rosso is a humble designation (like Bourgogne Rouge), but Roagna's has no trouble going head-to-head with Barolos and Barbarescos.
